Duda Integration Guide

Learn how to add your Cloudpresser AI chatbot to your Duda website.

Integration Steps

Duda is a professional website builder platform. Here's how to add your Cloudpresser AI chatbot:

Method: Using Duda's Site-Wide HTML Feature

Follow these steps to add your chatbot to your Duda website:

  1. Get your chatbot code:
    • Go to your Cloudpresser AI Chat dashboard
    • Select the chatbot you want to integrate
    • Click on the "View Code" or "Integration" button
    • Copy the provided code snippet: <script src="https://cloudpresserai.com/chatbot-widget.js" data-chatbot-id="YOUR_CHATBOT_ID" async></script>
  2. Add the code to your Duda site:
    • Log in to your Duda account
    • Open the website you want to edit
    • Click on "SEO & SETTINGS" in the left sidebar
    • Select "SITE-WIDE HTML" from the dropdown menu
    • In the "Head HTML" section (the second box on the page), paste your chatbot code
    • Click "Save" or "Update" at the bottom of the panel
    • Publish your website to apply the changes

Important Note: In Duda's SITE-WIDE HTML section, the first box is for the "Body end HTML" and the second box is for the "Head HTML". Make sure you paste your chatbot code into the correct box (the Head HTML section).

Duda Interface Navigation

Finding the SITE-WIDE HTML Section

The exact navigation path may vary slightly depending on your Duda interface version, but generally you'll find it under SEO & SETTINGS > SITE-WIDE HTML.

Duda Reseller Accounts

If you're using a Duda site created by a reseller, you might need to ask your reseller to add the code for you if you don't have access to the SITE-WIDE HTML settings.

Troubleshooting

Chatbot not appearing on the site

Ensure the code was added to the correct section (Head HTML, not Body end HTML) and that you've published your website. Try refreshing your browser cache or viewing in an incognito window.

Changes not reflecting immediately

After publishing, it may take a few minutes for changes to propagate. Try clearing your browser cache or waiting a few minutes.

Code placement confusion

Remember that in Duda's SITE-WIDE HTML section, the first box is for Body end HTML and the second box is for Head HTML, which might be counter-intuitive. Make sure you're adding the code to the correct section.
